Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Place the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, butter, and walnuts in a large bowl. Mix well. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the evaporated milk and sugar.
On a low flame, let the milk mixture boil for about 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour this over the chocolate mixture and stir until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting and serving.
